Beauty Advisor Stained My Jacket

Oct 9, 2023 the beauty advisor got Dior foundation on my light lavender Columbia jacket. She pumped it and it went everywhere and then while she was using the sponge to dab it on my face she dropped the sponge. It was a mess .. I tried to get the stains out at home with stain removers and it didn’t work. I told the store manager, filled out the store incident and he suggested I take it to the dry cleaners, pay for it out of my own pocket and they would potentially reimburse me. I refused because I don’t believe I should have to upfront any of my own money. It has been a week and I haven’t heard anything back yet. I contacted Sephora store relations and they made a note about the incident. Apparently this store manager is waiting for HR to make a decision? I just want my jacket to be replaced. Who else should I contact regarding this? It’s rainy season in Vancouver and I’m out a rain coat
