Bday gift issues

Anyone else having issues w birthday gifts I placed and order yesterday site said I was eligible however everything is sold out or the Patrick ta which I wanted is just in stock but grey.   How do fix this ?

Same issue here. I went in store and asked about it. They said sephora didn't make enough birthday items and ran out in November and won't restock until the new year. They said something about sephora giving out a $5 off reward but I haven't seen one.
