Bazaar glitch

I haven't been able to add bazaar items to my cart for about a week. I've tried on the app, Safari, google chrome, mobile, clearing cookies, signing in/out. Nothing has worked. Any other tips? 

 

I don't necessarily need to check out right away. I just like adding them and swapping if something new appears.
