Bait and switch perfume sample scam

I bought a cologne here only because you offered free perfume samples and I canceled my order with Macys for that reason. I got my package and they sent a one time use sun screen? How is that the two perfumes you offered at the time of purchase? And the fact that the chat reps can’t do anything to rectify the situation other than “sorry” is astounding. Never again!

Same here … and the samples I selected both remained available  for a full week after the order arrived, so not a supply issue & not the first time this has happened.  This seems to happen most often with higher value items. I just placed two orders directly with the brands instead of Sephora & both had better prices.

The exact same thing happened to me. Pretty sure with the same sample too lol 

I collect mini perfumes and they happened to have one in the samples. I placed an order and got the sunscreen. I placed another order because it was showing the sample was still available. I have my fingers crossed it'll come thru.

I just had the exact same thing happen but they sent me a perfume sample and another sample which were not what I wanted!  I wanted skin care samples.  I am not a perfume wearer but more of a sweet body spray kinda gal.   I just received my box and the samples I requested are still available.   Talk about a disappointment and a waste bc they will both go in the trash since I will not utilize the  😞    they should give us the opportunity to give our top 4 and send 1 or 2 of them.   Such a waste....
