Bad shipping experience!

I am SO upset. I spent more money than I ever have at one time on a bunch of items from the Sephora sale, and I never received my package. I was home all day excited for it. Turns out the package was marked as “delivered” “in the residence” but the delivery photo shows it was delivered ON THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK. I called customer service and they told me it’ll take 48 hours to “get a decision” about whether or not they will re-ship my items. This is so disappointing because the evidence is clear and I would’ve expected to get a reshipment right away.
