Bad service again sephora, sigh

So me and my mom ordered some patrick starrr items we saw on youtube and were so excited to use then for a birthday dinner tonight. Im a sephora card holder and i added my mom as the alternate to pick up the order 

Two hours go by and she stops at the store , the associate acted so rude to her. Gave her several different storie

one she didnt see the order..?

two she doesnt see my mothers name?

the two hour fulfillment means nothing? 

she was going to make my mom go look for the items herself.

I was on the phone.

Then beauty advisor goes to look for the items and the online inventory was wrong. And she said that my mom shouldnt have come until they were able to find the inventory.

the store wasnt even busy and they couldnt take the time to just see if an order could be fulfilled in 2 hours? So we could go to a different location.

sigh just really fed up with sephora, some of us are super loyal card holders. Been in their program for over 15 years since i was a teen. And just tired

their associates dont care about online sales.
