@Wynterdm absolutely.  Have you received your purchase yet?  Sometimes it can actually take a couple of days OR until you've actually gotten the product to actually see the points register in your account.  If you haven't seen them after that, though, please reach out to Customer Service and explain the situation.  They're typically very helpful with that.
