BI points missing from SiJCP purchase

Hello lovely Sephora CS. I made a purchase on Friday April 20th at SiJCP. The SA did entered my BI info during the transaction. But now it's Monday April 23rd and I still haven't seen the BI points appear in my account. Can someone help me please? I can send a copy of the receipt and additional information as needed. Thank you in advance!
