BI 100

Hello, I recently received my order and wanted to redeem two products. I only received one. I had ordered a Beauty Blender Cleanser and didn't receive it. I also didn't get a notice that my order was modified (which I get once a product is no longer available). However my receipt says that it should have been included in the order. If the product is not available, is there a way I could have my points back?
