BEWARE Sephora Credit Card BEWARE

Over $150 in late fees. I’ve only done THREE transactions since opening my Sephora credit card and have paid off for each purchase every single time. I called about a late fee that was claimed to be waived due to delay on credit card delivery and not being able to login to my account. Representative claimed to have waived the late fee but it never was. Unbeknownst to me 3 months later I realized that they did not in fact waive the late fee which then dominoes into 4 more late fees without a single purchase ever maid after the initial “waive” late fee. Ridiculous; the credit card does not give enough benefits to be worth the hassle. Filing a complaint with BBB if not rectified.
