BEAUTY POINTS DISAPPEARED????

I’ve been saving my beauty points for quite some time now. I would say from the day i got a sephora card I’ve only gotten one reward other than the ones i recently purchased along with a makeup item online. I had saved a total of 1,573 points and got 3 rewards all adding up to -700 beauty points. So, that ultimately left me with a total of 873 beauty points which i was okay with 🙂 I then wake up today to track my order, and as i click on my beauty profile i notice that it says i have 225 beauty points???? This makes no sense as just yesterday it said 873!?!! This is MY money down the drain?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? PLEASE. Help im desperate honestly, and i dont want this experience to ruin the way i look at sephora as a community and a beauty store.
