why I cant sent a nice customer service feedback email to sephora? there is only a 1888call number. i have the greatest customer service agent ever at sephora Eathon mall in Montréal BUT I was totally ignored there on my last 2 visits. i really appreciate if somebody could help me out. i sent a nice instagram msg into sephora canada account but they do not seem to reply at all. hopefully this gets to the management because the agent really need a praise!!
