Awaiting carrier pickup

I have an order on April 22 and the order keeps shows it is on its way. I tracked my order for days and there’s no updates. The order was estimated to arrive on 26 and I’m about to leave here in May. So I give a call for help so they can do the reshipment for me, yet, still awaiting for carrier pickup for the reshipment. The estimated date is 28 and I just knew it won’t be arriving, not until at least the carrier got the parcel. It usually takes two days usually so I am really nervous about whether it can be delivered before I leave.

This is really frustrating and I wish we had better answers! I have the same issue with an order I placed during the sale.  I placed an order on the 13th and on the 14th it was marked as "ready for carrier pickup."  It's been 4 days and the package is still waiting for pickup - it's missed both of the estimated delivery dates. 

 

I'm frustrated because I want the products for a trip, but I also don't want to loose the discount prices. UGH!

The same thing is happening to me. They sent me an email saying they won’t do a replacement or a refund due to my previous accommodations. I still don’t know how it is my fault when the parcel has never left their distribution center. Good luck to you.

Same thing is happening with me! I purchased an order last Thursday and it should be delivered on 21st of April but it’s still awaiting carrier pickup:( I’ve been calling a numerous times but they keep telling me to wait (while I’ve received all my other orders that I purchased even after this order) or contact carrier company, and they told me they cannot do anything as they’ve never scanned a package and don’t have any details about it. I’m just scared that it got lost somewhere and will not leave the distribution center(

I have been waiting since November 26 for a package to be delivered with Advent Calendar that are now out of stock.  Sephora Website status shows awating carrier pickup - it is now December 2 and the calendars were gifts for girls night on the weekend so they would have advent calendars for the month of december... where or where is my package?  I escalated with Sephora and got an email saying it was delayed, the order was place on November 25 after the postal strike had begun, so why has my package not been picked up and delivered yet - it is over 7 days now that I have been waiting....
