Awaiting carrier pickup

I made an order over 2 weeks ago and it has been in awaiting carrier pick up for a week. What is going on and I want my money back if this stuff isn’t even going to ship. I’m very concerned and would appreciate some communication feedback from Sephora on what the issue is.
