Awaiting Carrier pickup/ shipment update

  • Hello I placed an order on March 21 and shipment said 1-3 business days. However the tracker is still saying the carrier hasn’t picked up the order. 

i really needed the item for my skin care routine and I’m not getting a sense for how long it’ll actually take to get the product. I am going out of country in two days and would like to have my product before going on my trip

The same thing happened to me with an order purchased 3/21. It has been awaiting carrier pickup for a few days now even though it “shipped”
