Auto Replenish is making me hate the Sephora I once loved

I've seen numerous posts about how everyone seems to be having trouble with auto replenish, but I never see any resolution. All I see is someone from Tech Support responding that they'll send the person a PM. I'm assuming it's in an effort to keep them quiet about very pronounced flaws in a system that perhaps was not ready for production. 

I signed up for various auto-shipments. I was drawn in by that extra percent off. And this would be fantastic IF it actually worked... but it doesn't. I get no emails or notifications of any kind that my auto replenish order is getting ready to ship. When I go to the Auto Replenish tab, it's completely blank. I see none of my products. I've tried it on the app, Chrome, Edge... I've tried it in incognito mode. I honestly don't know what else I can possibly do on my end. The system is simply broken and it's up to Sephora to fix it. Consider this my trouble ticket. And NO I do NOT want a PM. Respond ONLY on this thread. I want everyone else who is having this issue to know what the hell is going on too.
