Augustinus bader eye cream won’t pump

My brand new AB eye cream won’t pump out a single drop of products even though I continuously pumped it at least 50 times. I already tossed the packaging. Please replace with a new bottle.

I have a new Augustinus Bader rich cream but the pump isn’t working. I see someone else had this issue with their eye cream. This is the  first experience I’ve had with this brand and I’m not impressed!
