Atlantic Station Location Complaint

I’m not sure who to make this complaint out to but your team whose constructing your new location is purposely using their equipment to make noise, disturbing the condo residents on top of your location. They use their equipment at 8 am every morning with no reason behind it. The construction has been going on for about a year. When talking to the manager they will tell you they are about finished with drilling or it will be over in a few weeks, clear lies they tell with smiles. 

The condo residents have nothing to do with the construction here and is starting to feel like they are taking out their frustration on us. Please advise. They are damaging your companies name.

Last I chatted with the construction pm they told me the drilling would be finished by last week. This week they started drilling before 8am again where I have recordings. The property management team advised I call the police to make a noise complaint but that seems a bit much. Are you able to help out? Maybe at least provide a construction schedule? It’s beyond a bit much.

I’m reaching out again because this shouldn’t be a difficult task to figure out. Are you able to provide a contact where I can reach out to find a construction schedule? I’ve been told to make police complaints but didn’t want to. If you an employee is telling me there’s no other options than I suppose I have to.

Do you have any way of finding out? The team is not working on weekends which is a first.
