Atlanta Session One Cancelled

I am beyond disappointed.. I purchased a ticket for this wonderful event only for it to be cancelled this morning. I understand the weather events that occurred but to not even be given an option to another session was by far the biggest disappointment. I was offered a refund but minus the fee's. At the least we could have been offered the option to pick up our bags and other treats or even an invitation for another session. This was not what I expected from Sephora at all.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Due to the storm's ongoing impacts to the greater Atlanta area this morning, we made the decision to cancel Session 1. The safety and well-being of our guests and staff are top priority. Unfortunately, Session 1 will not be rescheduled. I'm so sorry that the other sessions have sold out, and Session 1 will not be rescheduled.

Hi. Can we collect our swag bags from session 1 and if we do are we still paying the full amount for the session as we didn't get to attend?
