I'm missing points on my account! I've gone back through all of my 2017 transactions (including returns/refunds) and I am well over the amount needed to achieve VIB. I've contacted customer service twice and have been told to email with proof of these purchases. These purchases are all present within my account in my Sephora app. Please email me directly so I can provide my screenshots! Thanks you!

It sounds like your accounts need to be linked! Also keep in mind though that points don't count towards status, your Year to Date Spend does. I'll send you a private message to further assist you.
