Assistance Needed with Invalid Gift Cards

Hi there,

I’m reaching out to the community and customer service regarding an issue with gift cards that appear to be invalid, even after entering both passcodes. We have tried multiple times without success. 

We were informed that the cards need to be activated before use, but after reviewing the forums, I couldn’t find any information indicating that activation is required.

Could someone please assist us? The total amount on the cards is $100
