Aria- Flat Iron error code

I received the Aria Flat Iron by Sephora for Christmas.  My daughter purchased in store.

I used it once.  When I attempted to use it this AM,  it is showing what appears to be an error code of Er4.  I've tried unplugging again, several button combinations and research on the internet.

We live 90 minutes from the Washington Square Sephora store in Oregon so it's not an easy return for us.  Any idea on how to fix the item?
