Are exchanges still offered?

I purchased the matte perfection pwdr that is only available online during the sale.  Shade is not quite right.  I went to a store and they gave me a shade they thought would work but said I could only do the exchange online to preserve my sale price as it’s an online only product. However, I don’t see a way to exchange online.  Only return.  I searched the help function and while the heading says “returns and exchanges “ it only talks about returns. How do I exchange?

@nbeaumont I'm sorry for the confusion! We aren't able to process an exchange by mail. Exchanges can only be processed in store.

That’s fine.  Can they exchange it for an online product though or only for store product ?

Hi @nbeaumont,

Exchanges can only be processed in store for items that are in store. Generally, the sale price would only be valid within the promotion dates, but I'd suggest inquiring with the store directly to see if they can help. We do not currently have a process for processing exchanges online, and I'm sorry for any disappointment this causes!
