April 2018 play box

Hi. I'm in the April play box thread complaining, but no one has answered so I figured I'd try here. 

Im getting box #344 I think it is. My preferences say that I have fair skin. You guys sent me a MUFE foundation in warm sand. This isn't my skin tone. I'd let it go, but thisis yet another repeat of you guys giving us fair skinned people things we can't use.

i called customer service to see if anything could be done, like a refund, a credit, better samples - SOMETHING, anything.

i was told no joke - to cancel and re subscribe with the "correct" skin tone. I did subscribe with the right skin tone. I'm pissed.

i spend way too much money in your store and I know I'll hit rouge by the summer. I have been aplay! Subscriber off and on since it came out. I am disappointed in how bad it has gotten, how flippant your whole store is about the situation and how I was treated in general when I called.

i do not want to cancel my subscription but if this isn't made right and the only answer I get from you guysis "cancel" - I will cancel gladly and tell everyone I know not to bother with your box.
