Apple Pay refund

I had to cancel an order online using my Apple Pay because it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. Purchase was successfully cancelled. It is been a week and still waiting on refund. Please advice on steps I may need to take to ensure a full refund.

When an order is cancelled, the charge does not fully go through so you won't see a refund. However, you might have seen a temporary pending hold on the funds. This temporary pending hold will typically drop/disappear from your account within 1-7 business days.
