Apple Pay Error GiftCard

Hello,

I made a purchase for an e-gift card for a birthday. I put my sisters email as the gift was for her and clicked apple to pay. First i was given an error, switched my card and then the payment went through but then went i went to accept and checked the sepehora website it said error about my card. My card transaction went through and shows on my bank app but the transaction on sephora did not. My sister has not received her EGift

Hello @Alexac1333 I experienced a similar situation last Sunday (Dec 10). I spoke to their customer service (Cash star) and they mentioned the refund would take 4-10 business days. However, I haven't received the refund yet 😕

My apologies! I don't believe you will see a refund, but instead the temporary hold will drop from your account. I'd recommend contacting Cashstar once more so they can look into this further for you.
