App won’t let me ship to Canada

I’m in Canada and order often off the app and all of a sudden I have to put in my address and it won’t let me put in a Canadian one. Only will allow a zip code. Anyone else??

Yes!!! I am having the same problem suddenly!! Not the juts App but also sephora canada website. WTF?

Same thing for me. It also shows me product I know are not available in Canada. It’s like the app is giving me the American version

@Sp4rkles On the app, please scroll down to the bottom and select your name, scroll down to App Settings, then select Canada to ensure you are seeing products that are only available in Canada. Thanks!

@alina1nonly, if you're using the app, please be sure that you are fully signed in. Please select your name/photo icon. Then, scroll down to App Settings, and select your correct region.

@swimjul Please try selecting your name at the bottom of the app, scroll down to App Settings, then select Canada as your region. You should now be able to enter your Canadian address at checkout!
