App notifications turned off but still get them?

I’ve turned off app notifications for all marketing/ etc except for shipping notifications. Except I still get marketing/ product notifications, multiple times a day. And I’ve turned it off! 

Why is this? At this point I’m going to turn off all notifications because this is incredibly annoying.

I'm sorry to hear this! Can you please try signing out and signing back in, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device? If you continue to receive unwanted app notifications after those troubleshooting steps, please let us know.
