App not working

Hi! Is the app not working for anyone else? I’ve tried unstalling and installing again and it still doesn’t work. It says timed out every time I try to login.

The same thing is happening to me! On my phone, whether I use the app or the website it still doesn't work and I have purchases to make - so frustrating!!
