App not letting me Place an order

My app hasn’t let me check out for months. I’ve checked everything, even added another credit card, tried checking out using PayPal, nothing works. I’ve been ordering from other sources but now I need something exclusive to Sephora.

@Melli2 I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Are you receiving an error message? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Are you experiencing the same issue through a mobile browser?

Yes! Same issue with mobile browser. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled also. 
No error message, the « place the order » button is greyed out.

@Melli2 If the place order button is greyed out, you may need to confirm a portion of the shipping or billing area.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
