App keeps refreshing every two seconds, won’t allow me to click anything

I need help, I don’t know what to do with this app.

I feel as if this has been an issue ever since I downloaded the iOS 18 update, but that could very possibly have no correlation with what’s happening.Every time I open the app—lately it has been for the Beauty Sustainability Challenge— it CONSTANTLY refreshes every two seconds, I am not able to do absolutely anything because as soon as it refreshes it goes back to the main page. I tried disconnecting from WiFi, did nothing. I tried updating, did nothing. I tried uninstalling, it did nothing.

I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else either but I would really appreciate if this issue gets resolved sooner rather then later because I much prefer the app over the website.
