App issue

I have an issue with the app. I can login but when I click on an item, the app gives me an error failed request please check internet connection. I have checked I'm connected to the internet and my other apps work just fine. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. It did not work, also tried to restart my phone but still have the same problem.

I'm having this exact same issue. Deleted and reinstalled the app, changed my password, nothing it helping

Hi @lizbernadette I'm sorry to hear that! I've forwarded this to our IT Department and they are currently looking into it. In the meantime, I recommend shopping on our mobile site or desktop. Thank you and I'm sorry for the trouble!

I have the same issue! I tried forcing the app to stop but it hasnt helped 😞
