App issue unable to add samples

I ordered for 221 dollars and when I try to add samples it didn’t work now I cheated with customer service they just gave me 50 points which is unfair I want the samples which my order is eligible for. Poor customer service I ordered Carolina Herrera Good Girl 80 ML perfume
