I am trying but I can’t get my birthday reward from the app ? Help also another part said I could use points to get a perfume sample ? Not sure why it won’t let me !!!!! Please help

The birthday gift can be redeemed during the entire month of your birthday, or 2 weeks before/after your birthday. To redeem online, a merchandise purchase is necessary, and you should be able to add the gift from the Rewards Bazaar or from the "Promotions" section at checkout. No purchase is necessary to redeem the gift in-store. Simply provide your registered email address at the cashwrap.

You can also redeem rewards (such as the fragrance sample) with your points in our Rewards Bazaar. Individual rewards of 750 points or more do not require a merchandise purchase, however if the reward is less than 750 points a merchandise purchase is needed. 

I suggest ensuring that you have merchandise in your basket to redeem your gift and fragrance reward! If the issues persist, please contact us by phone at 1-877-Sephora (1-877-737-4672) where an agent will be able to assist you. I hope this information helps! 🙂
