App Points Redemption

Anyone else unable to redeem rewards on the app? Despite rewards being within my point range, “add to basket” is in grey and unselectable, and doesn’t say “sold out”. Let the community know if you are in this “basket”, and/or provide input as to what could be causing the issue. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback! I still can’t seem to redeem even over the minimum spend.

Hi @MicJas, please try switching to the US side of the app, then back to the Canadian side. This can remove any possible out of stock items from your basket that might be contributing this issue.  Please click your name/photo icon, then scroll down to App Settings. Please click US, then switch it back to Canada. If the issue persists afterwards please let us know.

@MicJas  100 pts, 250 pts, and 500 pts Beauty Insider Rewards require a $25 (USD or CAD) minimum purchase to be redeemed online. If you have $25 or more in your basket and still unable to redeem a reward, please send me a private message with additional details after adjusting your private message preferences in your settings. (It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat for assistance.
