App Not Working

I can't like or add anything to my cart at all. All I can do is search products basically and this right here. When I click on a product it goes to the product only showing the picture of the item, and the add to cart button. Then starts trying to load underneath the item never does load. An error sign pops up saying I need to go check my wifi to connect my wifi. My wifi is connected and working just fine for all the apps on my phone so it's not that. I've tried everything thing I know to do when an app is not working properly. I've sent app feedback, I've signed out, then signed bk in, I've restarted my phone, lastly I Uninstalled the app then installed again and signed in. Still doesn't work there's no update or I would've tried that 1st. So sephora needs to put a fix out for this. I've always used My app to shop sephora period I've never used the online site. I mean they constantly push ppl to go use the app anyways right. I'm missing the sale bc I can't use the app. I won't use the online site bc its just to much of a mess to me and like a bunch if things all at once idk the app is so simple and easy. Maybe I sound like a crazy person idk lmbo. Sephora please fix the app so I can shop the sale b4 it ends. @sephora

I’m having the same problem. Everytime I click on a product the product image comes up and a loading circle but nothing ever loads. Can’t add to cart, can’t love an item, can’t view shades or descriptions. I have reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app 3 separate times. Nothing works. I’ve just been using the browser but it’s getting very inconvenient. No one I know has been having this issue.

That’s what my app has been doing. I press on a product and it just spins and never loads. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still not working. It just started happening a few days ago.

Same issue since vip sale started.  Logged out. Reinstalled app. Tried using a hrowser....nothing

Ive done all the recommended steps to fix it, and nothing worked.

My App is not working! Showing no internet connection when I try to add items to cart.
