Apache Server at *.sephora.com Port 2543

For months I have received this error on every page I try to go to after initial opening. I called to get help. I was told they could place the order over the phone. I'm aware that it can be done but why would I when I can't shop (see the product) to place an order. I can't see what the product looks like. I also have an issue with the dwindling actual customer service and demos that are the size of last years samples. I also get the play box which has the same things that are left over demo's. I feel like what was once a quality store and  after maintaining my rouge status since they rolled it out because it was once worth but now I'm not even comfortable giving them my credit card number over the phone. I was literally the first person in my store to reach rouge status now I get zero resolution to problems. People with strong accents that not only don't understand me, they don't care if I shop there. I get called by the wrong name or called sir when I assure you I do not sound like a mam. I tell them about the server issue and I'm told use google chrome, I tell them I do, I have google fiber. Then I'm told try internet explorer, I have used msn and I get the same error. I clear my cache, my cookies, my history and still get nothing. For the first time since they rolled out rouge I will not be one next year because it's cheaper,easier and more rewarding to shop at ulta. I should begetting free 2 day shipping, I paid for it with my rouge membership and I can't see product to order it. I can't see demo's or samples. I get zero help from sarcastic people who act surprised that there is this problem then I google it because it just gives me error msg when I try to "contact us" and I find out that they have been aware or this issue since March of this year. That is horrible so I guess this Sephora girl is going to become an Ulta girl and higher end products like Tom Ford and Dior I will purchase from their sites which provide product related nice demo's, on time free shipping. I can actually view what I am purchasing, keep love or preference list that I can bring up without error. Help from someone that speaks my language and skip the condiscending attitude (on a rouge phone line) from an out of country, rather than the in country service rep that treats me kindly raher than horribly. I can honestly say that english accented reps treat me much kinder than reps with accents different than mine and getting an english accent is something I have not heard in over a year.I should not be treated as though I have done something wrong rather than the company reps behaving as though they have not heard of the sites access problem before when it is clear that there is no way not to know it. I have gotten a clear message that they don't care if you never shop there again and customer loyalty means nothing to them. This year alone I started as a rouge and my boxes were never within the 2 day ship range. The experience has been like shopping at Neiman Marcus and switching to the dollar store only the dollar Store has better customer service than Sephora. At this point I would normally at least wish the store good luck and I can't even bring myself to say that. So much for loyalty, they don't deserve my loyalty.
