Anyone have success getting back lost points?

I’m so disappointed Sephora gets rid of points because of 12 months of inactivity. I like so many people lost years and years of collected points and only realized when I got on to make an order. 

Has anyone had any luck getting points back by contacting Sephora? I feel like I earned and saved those points and it just doesn’t make sense to take them away? Who cares if it’s been a year? Doesn’t make me want to buy ever again.

Hi @nikkilee88 Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
