Anyone else having problems with delivery?

I placed 2 orders last week on different days. I get my packages delivered to my job because I'm barely home. Now 1 package was delivered on Sunday at 8:27pm when my job is closed, but package was dropped off at the front door of a busy street. I received a text saying my 2nd package was delivered at front door again last night at 6:55pm. I came in to work and no package to be found anywhere. I called lasership this morning and they said 2nd package is still on the truck, that the text was a mistake. I am very upset with Sephora using this crappy company.
