Anyone else have Sephora not honor their Rouge Reward?

I had a Rouge 100$ reward that expired May 12th. I went to apply the reward to my basket on the 12th and it would not accept it. I immediately emailed support and they claimed they would email me a new reward. A week later, no email, so I emailed them again and was told they could not honor my reward. Sent another email and was told to call customer service which I did, and was then told I would be emailed my reward. Customer service also confirmed the reward should have been active on the 12th. I then received an email stating that my reward would not be honoured. Honestly this treatment from customer service of having me chase a rabbit hole then telling me lies has been disgusting, especially as a Rouge member.

I had the same exact thing happen to me this week. Email states code expires on 10/26. I marked my calendar to make sure I used it. On the morning of 10/26 I loaded my basket & attempted to place an order. I received a message that the code was “expired” when I attempted to use. Called the morning of the 26th.  Sephora reps just keep repeating that “you have 90” days to use the code.  But should Sephora customers not trust the expiration dates they put in their own emails?! I’d love to chat about this.  Any reasonable individual would assume that means you have until 11:59PM that day to use the reward…#rouge #rougerewards #rouge100reward
