Anyone else get their order cancelled?

I placed an order with the welcome back code and all the items except for one got cancelled. They said because they’re out of stock even though the items are not out of stock. That also means my discount was taken and can’t be used again either. They have nothing to say except that I won’t be charged for the items. I’m highly ticked off about it. I just started buying from Sephora in April and I became Rouge in May. I really don’t understand why this would happen. Of course customer service isn’t very helpful either and they usually have no clue what’s going on. I called Sunday when I got the email saying they would be cancelled. She assured me that they wouldn’t be cancelled and the email was an error. Obviously they was cancelled for no good reason. Clearly in the pic you can see they all say add to basket. I’m just so frustrated. Has anyone else ever had this happen to them?

An update: I called my local Sephora and told them what happened and they were able to provide me with the discount since they had all the products in store. They were super nice about it too I was so surprised. So I ended up getting that free product!

This happened to me too. I ordered 5 items and 4/5 of them were cancelled for no good reason. I'm super pissed because the reason I placed the order in the first place was to get the product for free. And the items that they were "out of stock" of are still available on their website. It makes no sense. I'm currently on the phone with my local Sephora to see if they can do anything for me.
