Anyone else been having an absolute nightmare being accepted for the Sephora Credit Card?

My Sephora credit card application process has been an absolute nightmare. The bank they work with is horrible.....no human will speak with me on the phone about it. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for an update. I have not received any letter in the mail telling me what next steps I need to take. When I call customer service they say that the application team will not answer any questions over the phone and refuse to even confirm the address they have on file. So disappointed. Do not apply for the Sephora credit card!!! Such a scam.

@KOwen I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble! We don't have any information about your credit card application and I would recommend contacting Comenity directly at 1-877-945-4417.

I have called them 4 times and they were absolutely no help. Refused to put me in contact with a human from the application department and was told there is nothing they can do. You should really switch credit card companies. It has been a horrible experience.
