Another wrong Remedy box thread

I received Edition 2 when I ordered Edition 1. I called Customer Service and was told that I would be getting the $20 back for the box plus 200 points for my trouble. I even made a post here after the call about the good customer service I thought I received. I received the points, but I'm still waiting for the $20 to be refunded to my card. I keep checking the pending transactions section, but there's nothing there. How much longer do I need to wait? Or did the representative tell me she was refunding the money, but that was not actually done?
