Another LSO shipping problem

It says my package arrived at the shipping facility 5 days ago and nothing has happened. Most of the posts regarding LSO are a few months old. Are people still having problems with them?

And another today after waiting nearly 2 weeks to get my VIB sale order. Shows it was delivered, though something shows and "exception," with LSO, but Sephora shows it delivered. I was able to chat with c.s. and get a new order submitted, but 2 points items where out of stock (shocker) so supposedly I'll get those points back. Now I wait another 2 weeks (nearly a FULL MONTH from my VIB order!) UGH so upsetting. I told the rep to tell management to stop using LSO. We will pay for a shipment that comes in on time and actually is delivered, ya know? This "free delivery" with LSO is for the birds.

Now I will have to purchase a new moisturizer somewhere else while I wait for this to come in; I timed it just so, and now I have about 2 more days worth. Not about to fight Black Friday, so I will have to get it from another vendor. So disappointing.

same here! it's been over a week of my package sitting at a distribution center. had to finally get another sent by Sephora, this time through USPS. It's honestly unheard of for a package to take 2 weeks to deliver in this decade. I certainly won't be shopping online through Sephora again unless there are products I can't get elsewhere. Hoping Ulta will begin to carry Dr. Jart
