Amrezy Highlighter Availability

Does anyone know where/how I can buy another Amrezy x ABH Highlighter? There are none left in stores in my area and the shelving in-store no longer has room for them so they are not getting any more in store. I know it's a limited edition and after the restock they already had, there's not a likely chance I'll be able to get another one - but Sephora.fr (french site) has it available, so I'm wondering if there's any way I can order it through there via international shipping (Borderfree)?

Or whether any other stores are selling it that can ship to Canada! I have seen a lot of fake ones circulating on Amazon.
