Hi!

I recently purchased this product in Nov and today whilst styling I could see and hear blue electric ‘shots’. I stopped immediately and let the brush cool down, tried again and it still did the same. 
I purchased the item as part of the holiday kit with 2 spray bottles and was wondering what my return/refund options are? Can I take the brush for a refund in store? (The brush is kept clean with no dust etc) Thank you for your help!  😉
