Amex gift cards accepted?

Hello - recently received a prepaid Amex gift card/credit card from work for the holidays. Are these accepted at Sephora, either online or in store? Thanks!

Why would the billing address need to be updated? If it’s a gift card doesn’t that mean AMEX has already verified the payment? I’m just asking I’m from Belize and Sephora does not have that location listed so it’s like you really are not accepted if you’re not from the 20 or less countries. But I store I can use my international credit are so it really makes no sense
