Thank for the reply but I find it futile. The samples I ordered I can't get at my local Sephora inside JC Penny and my items weren't damaged badly without some minor recovery done on my part:  the hoola bronzer crumbled slightly. The box looked like someone had punched it in where it said "fragile." A scorned teamster?

I just received my order I made on Dec6 2017 yesterday. None of the samples in there, box arrived opened, hoola bronzer open with contents kicking around in box along with my other items; items just thrown in there with a wad on paper and a piece of bubble wrap on the bottom of box. Bronzer is not badly damaged but not in $29 condition. Wtf is going on? I feel your frustration.
