Am I Invisible?

For the third time in as many months I have visited my local Sephora inside JCP and been completely ignored. This afternoon there were two employees, one hanging around the register and another putting out stock. I was in the store for five minutes. I looked at make and skincare, walking past the two employees who were on the floor at least three times, and was never greeted or approached. There were two other shoppers who also were not approached while I was there. I walked out empty handed. It would have been pretty easy to sell me some eyeshadow and a new makeup brush (or two), because I need both but haven’t pulled the trigger because I am not sure what I want. It seems like this is something Sephora would want to be aware of. I hope this helps the next person who shops there to get at least acknowledged when they are shopping there.
