Allergy Report

Hello, I purchased a product in store in December, however I live 4 hours away from the store and I am allergic to the product.  I submitted an allergy report with customer service on Feb 1st and still have not heard back after two follow ups with Sephora.  

 

What are the chances of me getting my money back for the 90$ skin care product that was recommended to me from one of their beauty experts?  I am really frustrated.

Sephora contacted me telling me my only option is to drive 4 hours to my closest store for an exchange or refund..... and that they cannot help me! 

 

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they have just lost a long time customer.   

 

 

I waited 19 days for a generic return to store answer, did they even take the time to consult my case?!  Super frustrated.  I had to follow up 2 times with them.
